CLASSICAL | JAZZ | POP | COUNTRY
YOU DECIDE
- Stevie Ray Vaughan
“Your sound is in your hands as much as anything. It’s the way you pick and hold the guitar, more than it’s the amp or the guitar your use.”
CLASSICAL METHOD
Our traditional learning path can begin as early as age 5. The traditional track will train students in Sight Reading, Music Theory, Repertoire from Classical, Baroque, and Romantic era, Exercises & Scales, and more. Early students will begin with method books and work their way up to an advanced level of learning.
JAZZ | IMPROV
Our Jazz and Improv track is built upon previous training in guitar. If a student has not previously taken guitar before, they will still need to learn some fundamentals from a traditional track, such as music theory, scales, chords, reading, etc.
Our Jazz and Improv track is taught by experienced instrumentalists who have years of performing in the jazz world.
WORSHIP | Pop & Contemporary
Our worship | Pop & Contemporary track combines fundamentals from music theory, chords, and scales to empower and equip guitarists who want to grow in their abilities for worship songs and/or Pop Music. Much of the style used in Pop & Contemporary is also used in worship songs. Guitar students can choose their desired learning path. The training process is different for this track in the way that students are not required to play for seasonal recitals.

“I play guitar because it lets me dream out loud”
— Michael Hedges
